Position advocated here might be sound, but the ad itself is sleazy. Have to take the low road? Tthen don’t count on my joining your bus.
For mere numbers to convey serious information, they have to be contextualized. These aren’t. No specific arguments re existing problems or serious solutions.
So what are we asked to do? Whatever the AMA asks. No thanks. I support physicians, 100%, but that doesn’t mean I’ll allow the AMA to manipulate me with a sleazy ad.
